Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at benjamin_trahan@hotmail.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom or personalized products, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

Return your original item first. Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement.

Refunds

We'll notify you once your return is received and inspected. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for your bank to process it.
